The Cababin Lives!

What's a Cababin you ask?

It's a cross between a cabin and a cabana of course.

We're in the process of obtaining it right now. Our offer has been accepted by the sellers. We're working through the finance options this weekend. Home inspection and appraisal are scheduled for Wednesday this coming week. Our real estate agent (Rachel) and our mortgage broker (David) have been great -- completely on top of the transaction thus far.
